Standard Item Processing Times

All standard items are processed within 4 business days and then sent to warehousing for dispatch.

For expedited service, we offer priority processing, ensuring your product is dispatched within 48 hours (2 business days).


Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may only be cancelled before they enter the processing or shipping stage.

Once an order has been processed, dispatched, or handed over to the courier, it cannot be cancelled, as logistics and fulfillment costs have already been incurred.


Custom Item Processing Times

Custom orders require varying processing times based on the product’s complexity and level of detail.

Each product page clearly specifies the applicable processing and production times.


Shipping Times

We provide free worldwide standard shipping to eligible countries.

Estimated delivery times for standard shipping are:

  • United Kingdom (UK): 3–10 business days*

  • Europe: 1–2 weeks*

  • United States (USA): 3–14 business days*

  • Middle East: Up to 3 weeks*

  • Central Asia: Up to 3 weeks*

  • Australia & New Zealand: 1–2 weeks*

  • South America: 1–3 weeks*

*Delivery timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed.
Unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or courier disruptions may affect delivery times.
Refunds will not be issued for delays beyond the estimated timeframe.


Shipping Taxes & Duties

For shipments to the European Union (EU), United States, Australia, Brazil, and New Zealand, all applicable taxes and duties are included in the shipping price.

Customers in these regions will not be required to pay additional fees upon delivery.

For all other countries, any applicable import taxes or customs duties are the responsibility of the recipient, in accordance with local regulations.

In-Transit Orders & Returns

If an order is already in transit, return or refund requests will not be accepted until the shipment has been successfully delivered.

Customers are required to accept delivery of the order before initiating any return request, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Return requests submitted before delivery will be considered invalid.
